How we can help
We think that commissioning bespoke software can be a daunting prospect. Read our guide to find out what happens at each stage.
Initial phone conversation
We phone you to get up to speed with your project and gain an impression of what you are looking to achieve.
Meet in person
We visit you at your work place, meet you and your team and view the work processes (computer and paper based) involved in your project.
Create a story board design of your requirements
We review the notes from our meeting and any documentation and sample data that you have given us to fully explore your requirements. From this review, we create graphics of menu, data entry and reporting screens as a suggestion for how your software will look and feel. These graphics, in the form of a story board, will help you to suggest changes to how you want your software to function. We will then express your requirements in a principally pictorial design called a specification. This whole process is interactive and although we do most of the work from our office, we are in regular contact to exchange our thoughts, assumptions, questions and progress.
Build, test and deliver a prototype for you to test and check
We build the software, test it and then deliver a prototype for you to assess and check. We listen to your feedback from the prototype and solve any teething issues.

Deliver your solution
We deliver and install the final version of the software. We’ll be on hand to train you and, if appropriate, we can migrate your existing data so you are off to a flying start.
Love and care for your solution
We’ll make sure that we’re always available for phone help and support while your new software is ‘bedding in’. The most important part of any of our projects is that you, the customer, are happy and the system is a success. We aim to please and providing timely support is an essential component of our service.
